Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that life happens and schedules change. If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the spot to another client.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• Clients with a history of repeated last-minute cancellations may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
