CeCe is a multifaceted artist working at the intersection of beauty, gore, and hair. As a professional makeup artist, CeCe specializes in both beauty and special effects, blending creativity with precision to deliver everything from polished, natural glam to transformative, artistic looks. Besides being a Licensed Cosmetologist, she also obtained an associate's degree in Specialized Business from Tom Savini's Special Makeup Effects Program. So don't be fooled by all the glam, CeCe can also turn you into a zombie! As she works in her creative space, it allows her to approach makeup with a deeper understanding of skin, enhancing results in a way that feels both elevated and intentional. 

Alongside her makeup artistry, CeCe works as a hairstylist behind the chair, enabling her to create complete, cohesive transformations from start to finish. Passionate about education and growth in the industry, she also holds a cosmetology teacher’s license and enjoys mentoring aspiring cosmetologists. Whether in the salon, on set, or in the classroom, CeCe is dedicated to helping others feel confident, expressive, and authentically themselves through her craft.
